It's hard to begin thinking about where I'll be 5 years from now. I look back 5 years and see a 15-year-old, about to enter her sophomore year of high school, not beginning to think about college, thinking that the World History II test she got a C on was the end of the world. I look ahead 5 years and have a little more direction than I did 5 years ago, which is as it should be.
5 years from now...
I should be a college graduate. (Boy, that's relieving!) I should have a double Theology/Catechetics major and a media minor, and I should be putting those to good use in a job for the Church!
I would really like to be in grad school. This is more of a dream than a reality, but I would LOVE to further my education with an MDiv (Masters of Divinity). We'll see what actually happens.
I hope to have deeper friendships that lead me closer to Christ. I have been so blessed with friends in my life who build me up and teach me what it means to love. I want to improve those friendships I already have, and to bring more people into my life who I can learn from.

I hope to have stronger relationships with my siblings. One of the 'problems' with being significantly younger than your brother and sister is that, by the time they were grown-up, you have a mere 5 years under your belt. Which doesn't exactly contribute very much to the 'relationship'. BUT now that I'm older, I am beginning to grow closer to both my siblings, and also to my in-laws. It's so beautiful to have them all as examples for me.
I want to have a deeper faith life. This includes going on at least one retreat a year, attending Mass as often as possible, attending spiritual direction, and upping the holy reading!
I hope to be a more well-rounded person. For me, this means increasing the number of hobbies that I keep up with. I have lots of hobbies, but I rarely make the time to do many of them. So this also means...
I want to order my priorities properly. There are things in my life right now that shouldn't have the attention that I currently give them, and there are other things that should be given more attention.
I hope to know the vocation that God is calling me to and be on my way to living that vocation in my day-to-day life.
(today I'm linking up with From Mrs. to Mama and her 52 Weeks of Blogging with a Purpose. I won't be joining every week, but I'll be jumping in from time to time, like today!)
(AND-- let my attempt at blogging everyday in July begin!)
