I'm heading back to school on Sunday... as nice as it's been to be home, I am also very much looking forward to being back on campus! My brother informed me last night that there's been some construction there since I was last at school, so I'm looking forward to seeing that, seeing some friends, and meeting the group I'll be working with over the summer!

I finished On Heaven and Earth last week! My review is up on my blog and you can find it right here!
I'd also really appreciate if you clicked over to the review on the Blogging for Books website to rate my review there. The higher my rating, the better the books will be that I can review for you! My review can be found here!

I realized that I never really explained the sections of my new blog, so I'm going to do that right now!
All of my posts about Crossroads are found here.
You're currently on my blog page (labeled "thoughts and ramblings" at the top).
My book reviews are located here. (Right now they're just for the Blogging for Books program, but maybe I'll include some random ones of my own!)
I've assembled a list of some of my favorite websites. It includes everything from friends' and family members' blogs to Awesome Catholic Websites to inspirational websites to crafty websites. You should go check it out, and visit some of my friends online!
Then lastly, I've edited my bio page pretty significantly. If I don't know you "in real life", head over here to find out a little about me. And even if you do know me, check out my "Why do I blog" section on the same page.
I've also added various ways for you to "connect" with me. If you don't blog yourself, you may not realize that reader interaction is so crucial for blogging motivation! Even seeing the statistics that tell me "this many people read this blog post today" is motivating for me!
So, up at the top of each page, you can find Faint Hue of Grace on Facebook, and find me on Pinterest. There's also a link to the RSS feed and a place where you can email me.
On my "about me" page, you can subscribe to my posts by email, as well as ask me a question via the contact form!
And, I still love comments. Keep 'em coming!

I have to apologize for the lack of posts over the last 2-ish weeks. I have been getting a lot done at home, as well as having some conversations with people that have caused about 6 blog posts to form themselves in my mind. I think I have most of them written (in my head), now I just need to get them typed up! Some topics include high school, friendship, and "should I change myself for my career?". Keep an eye out for those and other posts in the coming months!

A couple random prayer requests, if you don't mind!
1- for all those who will attend a Summer Conference at Steubenville this summer
2- for my sister as she enters the final weeks of her pregnancy, and for Baby Gabriel as he prepares to "escape the womb"! : )
3- for my friend Renée, as she serves the poor with Mother Teresa's sisters in Kolkata this summer

If you've never seen Blimey Cow's youtube videos, there's no time like the present!!

Any reading suggestions for me this summer? I love to read pretty much anything other than textbooks!! I've got The Great Gatsby on the list, as well as the complete Theology of the Body (if I can get through it!), but I need more than that!!
Have a great weekend, everyone!
